Meet Buddy Boy.
Buddy is fortunately a tornado survivor. He was found by a volunteer in
the Birmingham area and the people report he was a stray prior to the tornado.
Since he was so handsome, she decided to bring him back to a safe environment
and get him the care he so desperately needed. He appears to be a
flat-coated retriever/lab mix. Buddy Boy was treated by a Vet for his
injuries and then found to be positive for heart-worms. He is currently
undergoing treatment for his heart-worms. He has been a real trooper and
gets along well with everyone at the clinic. He plays well with other
dogs and seems to not mind cats. Buddy appears to be approximately 1 1/2
years of age and currently weighs 50 pounds. He is very affectionate and
loving and enjoys snuggling on the couch. He will be neutered prior to
