Cooper was left at a vet's office in rural Arkansas.  He is very friendly and loves people, dogs, and does okay with cats.  
This loveable, frisky little dog needs a home. He's definitely Corgi with a dash of Australian Cattle Dog thrown in for good measure. 
He has the small stature like a Corgi,  but is a little chubby.  He has a lot of energy and a lot of love to give a family that would take 
in this adorable little dog. Cooper has no known health issues.  He is thought to be about 2 years old.  He is about 35 pounds, but should 
be about 30.  He is neutered, had all shots  (rabies, distemper, bordatello), and tested negative for heartworms and any other worms/parasites.  
He is basically ready to go and just looking for a new home.  An application, vet check and adoption fee are needed before adopting Cooper. 
 He is in Harvest, Alabama.
