20lbs. NEUTERED! We think Twitch was previously abused. We found him
chained to a fence in a public facility. He is skittish -- especially around men -- and takes a little time to warm up to a new family and environment. Once he has determined that you are HIS family he is loyal, loving and devoted. He ALWAYS wants to be in your lap! He would do anything to protect you. Needs a patient family with NO CHILDREN who want to help rehabilitate a dog that has probably been through some very bad times. Good with most dogs and most cats; no children and test first with men.
