Noel was living with a 6 pack of dogs in our town. All the rest ran when approached. I saw her several times before, even lying in the grass behind our Burger King with one of the ferals. Both times that was able to jump out of my van and offer dog food, she would pass up the food to lay her head in my hands. She was very skinny with pressure sores, scars and scabs. I finally took her home the last time knowing my parents would complain because I live with them now in town. 

Noel looks much better now and appreciates her new life even though it is not the life a dog should have. I have to keep her tied out with an igloo dog house for shelter. I have made it the best I can but she is isolated and that is not right. We live in a neighborhood and already have 4 small dogs and a cat of our own to keep up with.

Noel is around 5 yrs old, spayed, rabies vaccinated, and is quite the "easy keeper". She is calm, quiet, and loves kids to pieces!

Her only drawback is that she can't stand another dog now.

Is there a perfect home for Noel? I am reaching out to try to give her what she deserves. I wish I could keep her but that is impossible.
